“I like spending time with my
family. We open presents and then
go to my cousins’ and grandparents’
house and we play. I like it because I
don’t have to go anywhere by
myself. Anywhere I am, I am with
my family and I spend time
with them because it’s nice.” -
Brody
“We always like giving people
presents that don’t have any. This
year we’re giving presents to a
family in Teeswater. We try to do it
every year.” - Victoria
“I like to spend time with my
family. I like to play with all of them
on Christmas Day and then we get to
go and see my Grandma and
Grandad.” - Josh
“I like giving presents to different
people because it’s nice. I usually
give presents to my mom and my
aunt Debbie.” - Caleigh
“I like it when Santa comes to my
house and I get my presents. Then
after Christmas we usually go to
Grandma and Grandpa’s house and
then my cousins come over.” -

“I like going and celebrating other
parts of Christmas, like going and
seeing different parts of my family
and going to their houses.
We have supper and see everyone
who we haven’t seen in a long time
like our aunts and uncles and
cousins.
Seeing different parts of my
family is so important, like my
cousins.” - Caleb
“Spending time with my family is
my favourite. I like to have supper
together with them and then open
our presents together with them.” -
Spencer
“I like to open my presents and
play with my toys after I’m done
opening my presents.
I like it when Santa comes and
then I like to see my grandma and

Christmas.
On Christmas you get to ride

your friends’ houses because you
might see your friends.” - Makayla

make the buttons into the plastic.” -
Mikayla
“I want a Nintendo DS for
Christmas.
I would have to use some
electrical supplies and I could put
them together and make the game.
Then you would use the wires and
plastic and put something on top,
kind of like a sticker. I would
probably have to test it before it goes
out and play it.” - Brooke
“I want another Nintendo DS
game for Christmas.
You would use the metal covers so
if it gets wet you can still play the
game. You would have to use a lot of
covers to make sure it doesn’t get
wet.
I would put some wires in the
game and maybe some plastic things
to hold everything in place and then
you would have to put it in its
package.” - Marissa
“I want this toy that is little, but it
shoots this ball out of it.
You would have to get some
plastic and then make a neck and
then some wings and then you just
paint it red.” - Adam
