Though he doesn’t officially leave
until the first week in December,
North Huron’s clerk-administrator
Kriss Snell said his goodbyes to
council at the Nov. 16 meeting.
As this would be his final council
meeting, Snell, who is leaving to
assume the position of clerk-
administrator for North Perth, took
the opportunity to thank council and
staff. He also acknowledged the
media.
It has been almost four years
since Snell joined the North Huron
administration.
Councillor Archie MacGowan
said council had “enjoyed
wonderful” years working with
Snell. “We are sorry to see you go.”
He credited Snell with having
achieved many things for the
township. “You brought fresh
insights and a great deal of vigour to
the job.”
Reeve Neil Vincent echoed
MacGowan’s words and wished
Snell and his family the best for the
future.
