On Tuesday fed steers and heifers sold $1 to $2 higher. Choice steers and heifers sold $81 to $84 with sales to $87.75. Second cut sold $78 to $81. Cows sold $2 to $3 lower. On Thursday heavy veal sold $5 to $10 lower, regular veal sold $5 lower. Lambs, sheep and goats all sold on a fully steady market. On Friday calves and yearlings sold on a strong active trade. There were 196 steers on offer.
