The game
It felt more like a night for hockey than baseball, but the
Ethel and Lucknow Mites braved the cool temperatures on
May 26 to offer some entertainment for ball fans. The local
squad gave its best but fell short sending their visitors from
Lucknow home with a victory under their belts. (Bonnie Gropp

On the field
It was exciting action on a chilly evening as the Blyth
Bantams, with help from a few Brussels neighbours, took
on Mount Forest. The locals showed no mercy closing the
door on their opponents, while cashing in 16 runners for a
huge defeat. The batter lays down a bunt, which runs foul.
