BRYMER LLOYD ROBERTSMr. Brymer Roberts of RR1,Belgrave, passed away at LondonHealth Sciences Centre on Saturday, April 25, 2009. He was 58. He was the beloved husband of Cheryl Dugas. He was the dear father of Linda and Dave Lockhurst of Orangeville, Brymer Roberts Jr. of Belgrave, A.J. and Amber Dugas of Kemptville, Shoshauna Dugas and Kataryna Roberts, both of Belgrave. He was the loving grandfather of Elizabeth, Zack and Jakob. Brymer was the loving brother of Maureen Roberts of Mississauga and Jim and Susan Roberts of Brockville. His parents Harvey and Ruby (Bellamy) Roberts, his sister Laney and his brother Reford Brawn predeceased him. Memorial services were held at McBurney Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday at 11 a.m. Rev. Perry Chuipka officiated. Memorial donations to the Kidney Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.On-line condolences may be madeat www.mcburneyfuneralhome.com ADAH SMITH Adah Elizabeth (Grasby) Smith of Brussels, passed away at Huronlea Home for the Aged on Friday, April 24, 2009. Born in Morris Twp. on Sept. 26, 1919,Adah was in her 90th year. Adah was the beloved wife of the late Douglas Smith, who predeceased her in 1956. She was the dear mother of James Smith of Stratford, Donald and Aline Smith of Ottawa, Rae Smith of St. Marys, Robert Smith of Brussels, and Douglas and Colleen Smith of Guelph. She was also loved by her brothers Robert Grasby and Jane of Belgrave and Ross Nichol and Barb of Brussels, her 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Adah was predeceased by her daughter Joan, her son Larry, her brother William and daughters-in- law Mary and Mary.Friends were received by thefamily from 7 - 9 p.m. Monday fromthe Schimanski Family Funeral Home where the funeral service was conducted on Tuesday, April 28 at 2 p.m. with Sandra Cable of Brussels United Church officiating. Interment was in Brussels Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to Brussels United Church or the Huronlea Auxiliary. On-line condolences may be made at www.schimanskifamilyfuneralhome.com HELEN GERTRUDE (NEE ALLIN) JACKSON Helen Gertrude (nee Allin) Jackson passed away peacefully at Headwaters Health Care Centre, Orangeville on April 26, 2009 at the age of 86. She was the beloved wife of the late Joseph Paul Jackson who predeceased her in 1998. She was the loving mother of Kandice Ciokof Creemore, Paula Tiveron ofMississauga, Cynthia Adair ofOrangeville and Jody Hardy of Wellesley. She was the wonderful grandmother of nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren with a fourth on the way. Helen served in the Royal Canadian Air Force and was honourably discharged from the rank of Corporal in 1946. She was awarded the Canadian Volunteer Service Medal and War Medal 1939- 1945. Helen will be sadly missed by other relatives and friends. The family received friends at the Dods and McNair Funeral Home and Chapel, 21 First St., Orangeville on Tuesday, April 28 from 6 - 8 p.m. The funeral service was held in the chapel on Wednesday, April 29 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Foundation. A tree will be planted in memoryof Helen and Joseph Jackson in theDods and McNair Memorial Forestat the Island Lake Conservation Area, Orangeville.
