Livestock for the week ending April
24 were 2,986 head of cattle, 584
lambs and goats.
On Tuesday fed steers and heifers
sold on a steady market. Choice
steers and heifers sold $100 to $104
with sales to $108. Second cut sold
$95 to $100. Cows sold steady. On
Thursday veal sold on a strong active
trade. Light lambs sold $10 to $20
lower. Heavy lambs sold $10 to $20
higher. Sheep and goats sold steady.
On Friday calves and yearlings sold
on a good strong active trade.
There were 250 steers on offer.
