This full-time position has been newly created as part of a unification initiative. We require a highly-skilled and goal-oriented professional to oversee the delivery of fire and emergency services and emergency management activities, and to harmonize the activities of two merging fire departments. The position, reporting to the CAO/Clerk and Council, is responsible for administering, managing and directing all aspects of fire and emergency service delivery. The potential candidate must possess management experience and post- secondary education in a field related to municipal administration and fire and prevention protection, as well as appropriate certifications.
