CULLEN. Wow, what a night! We
would like to say a huge thank you
to everyone who supported the
benefit dance held for us on
February 6. To the Clinton and
District Kinsmen and Kinettes, and
the Londesborough Lions you are an
amazing group of individuals whose
commitment and dedication to the
people and communities you serve is
outstanding. We cannot thank you
enough for such an awesome, heart-
warming evening. We would like to
thank all the individuals, businesses
and service groups who donated to
the auction and everyone who
supported it. To everyone who has
shown us caring throughout our
journey with visits, phone calls, food
and many other gestures of kindness
and support, we can’t begin to tell
you how much it means to us. We are
truly blessed to be part of such great
communities, and have such
wonderful family and friends. We
could not have done this without
each and every one of you. Thank
you again – Ang, BJ and Jake

PRESCOTT. Thanks to the many
friends and neighbours who
expressed concern during my recent
illness. The many cards, letters and
calls were especially welcome, as
were the gifts of fruit, flowers,
assistance and offers of assistance
from various individuals, church
groups and service and other clubs.
It isn’t much fun being sick, but you
do get to experience the warm heart
of Brussels. Thank you. – Brian
Prescott. 07-1p

ZWEP. We deeply appreciate and are
thankful for the Huronlea staff and
volunteers who made room 111 a
better place for Mom to be for many
years. Thanks also to the Huron
Hospice Volunteer services and
others for visiting Mom. Our thanks
go to the many doctors and health
professionals from Seaforth, Clinton
and London who helped in many
ways. Thank you to Frank
Schimanski for your guidance and
help, to Elly Dow for performing the
service, Grace Jutzi for playing the

the delicious lunch. To the
grandchildren who were Mom’s
pallbearers, thank you, how
appropriate. To everyone who
