BOSMAN. We wish to offer our
sincere gratitude for all the gestures
of sympathy extended to us after
Gord’s passing. The beautiful cards,
food brought to the house, phone
calls and flowers, they all have
meant so much. We offer special
thanks to Bonnie Jewitt, Nancy
Allan and Evelyn Galbraith who
prepared a delicious meal after
visitation. We appreciate the
luncheon provided by Belgrave
U.C.W. The sandwiches and squares
were delicious. The McBurney
Funeral Home met our every need.
We are so fortunate to have their
services so graciously given. The
health services provided excellent
care for Gordon both in the hospital
and at home. Every effort was made
to keep him comfortable. We wish to
thank Dr. Bonnie Marshall for her
constant care throughout his illness.
We could not have asked for more
individual care. – Louise and family.

at this difficult time. Special
recognition and thank you to Pastors
John, Ernest, Simon and Josh as well
as the Blyth Fire Department and
paramedics. We will forever be
grateful for your assistance that
night and the days after. Henry will
live on in our hearts forever. – Helen

McCLINCHEY. A heartfelt thank
you to all who phoned, sent beautiful
cards, flowers delivered to our
homes, and memorial donations in
memory of Ruth were deeply
appreciated. Thanks to the doctor
and nursing staff of Huronview for
their TLC to Ruth. Special thanks to
Falconer Funeral Homes for their
guidance and support. Sincere
appreciation to Fran Donahue for her
memorial service and words of
comfort. Thank you to Kandice
Austin for sharing her memorable
time as a caregiver to Ruth while a
resident at Maitland Manor, also to
the staff at Community Living, who
were a big part in her life. Thanks to
Ruth’s nephew Larry Hutchins for
singing and reading the eulogy of
Ruth’s short life, and to Cathy Potter
for her special music. Also the lovely
lunch served by staff at Huronview
was very much appreciated by the
family. We will always be grateful
for your kindness. – Harold, Garth,

thank our families, friends,
neighbours and community
members who were there with love
and overwhelming support when we
needed it most. Thank you for the
many thoughts and prayers, cards,
flowers, phone calls, gifts and
especially the visits while I was in
the hospital. You can’t know how
much it all helped to keep my spirit
up and fighting. Heartfelt thanks to
everyone who helped with caring for
the boys. To the ladies at the Auburn
Knox United Church, many thanks
for the delicious food and all those
cookies! Wow! My boys give extra
thanks for those. Thanks to the Blyth
Legion Ladies Auxiliary for the
gifts. Many thanks to the Auburn
Lions for holding the pancake
breakfast and to everyone who
braved the weather that morning to
come out and support us. – Susan.
