Words cannot adequately express our sincere appreciation for the numerous consoling words and acts of kindness which provided great support to us as we struggled to deal with the tragic death of Peter Robertson, our beloved son and family member. How blessed we are to reside in a small town/rural community where neighbours, friends, relatives, along with Wescast management and co- workers unselfishly rally around to assist however and whenever possible. Special thanks go out to: the OPP and Victim Services, the professional, caring people at the McBurney Funeral Home, Rev. Beamer and Rev. Hawkins, those who prepared and delivered food to our doors and in our homes, the generous donations to Dallas’s and Jaida’s Trust Fund, the church organist and choir members, those who sent beautiful floral tributes, cards, and telephone calls, the U.C.W. for the delicious lunch, those who kept our driveway and sidewalk cleared, those who travelled from near and far (Vancouver, Calgary, Ottawa, Toronto, etc.) to be with us, the eulogists (Peter’s brother Dave, his good friends Mike T., Chris C., and Mike M., and father-in-law Gord) for their personal thoughts and tributes. Your words and/or acts of kindness and comfort were deeply appreciated and will always be remembered. Sincerely – Lois and Bruce, Grandma Crawford, Kendra, Dave and Heather and families.04-1 RUFF-ROBERTSON.
