Christmas mail, deadlines
The Canada Post Office
today released air mail
deadline dates for Christmas
cards and parcels going over-
. seas.
PARCELS
For parcels, the airmail
deadlines for overseas
destinations are as follows:.
December 7th, Central and
South America -and the West
Indies, Australia, Fiji and New
Zealand; December 8th,
Britain,
CARDS
For cards, the air mail
deadlines are as follows:
December 7th, The Orient
(except Japan and Hong Kong),
Africa (except South Africa),
Cuba, Australasia and Oceanie
(except Australia, Fiji, New
Zealand);
December 8th, Middle East,
India, Sri Lanka (Ceylon),
Pakistan, Bangla Desh, South
Africa, Central and Sduth
America and the West Indies,
Australia, Fiji, New Zealand,
Japan, Hong Kong, Europe (ex-
cept Britain);
December lath, laritain.
The overseas air mail rates
for cards are: 12 cents un-
sealed, 15 cents .sealed.

in the auditorium on Sunday
Evening. Rev. Buekema was in
charge of devotions with
• vocal solos by Coby Amusing
and musical numbers by the
choir.
Two new volunteers Mrs.
Van Der Endre and Mrs.
Hoogendoorn along with one of
the regulars Mrs. Dale helped
with the old tyme music and
sing song on Monday after-
noon.

Jerry Collins provided the
music for the activities with a
good attendance of residents
and guests.
The residents rated Family
Night this week as one of the
best. The Heywood Brothers of
Exeter were responsible for the
program, Bob and Don sang
several favourites providing
their own accompaniment with
accordian and electric guitar.
Max Ducharme joined the
brothers with his violin for
some old tyme tunes.
Mrs. Ryckman, a former
resident of Exeter thanked the
entertainers.
