SKATING CLUB
It's that time again! Time to
register for the winter season of
figure skating this Saturday
Nov. 4 from 10:30 a.m, to noon
at the Arena.
This year, we have divided
the skaters into two groups —
Junior includes the Novice 1
Badge while Senior starts from
the Jump Badge
Mrs. Fran Brady is our Pro
again, however, because of a
prior committment to another
club for 12 noon, she has to
come to us from '8 a.m. to 11.
a.m. Don't panic mothers! The
senior skaters and coaches will
be the early birds, for their
school figures. Junior skaters
will commence their lessons at
10 a.m. but can be on the ice at
9:30 a.m.
A tentative schedule has been
set up to try and give everyone
the same advantage of Mrs.
Brady's time. Tests will be held
every fifth Saturday so the
skaters can progress as rapidly
as they are able. Your executive
is doing its best to arrange
everything for the skaters
benefit. Weather permitting for
Mr. Kerr to get the ice ready, we
should be "on ice" later this
month. Everyone will be
notified either via the Bayfield
News column or telephone,
when the first session is
scheduled. Haw, skating!!

Steers and heifers coming into your feedlot can
cause you a peck of trouble, unless they are properly
brought onto full feed. From range or pasture into
confinement involves many kinds of stress, But
the stress.prohlem---and the diseases triggered,--can be minimized when you take your
feeders to 'full feed, in only 10--15 days, with SHUR • GAIN 13% FEEDLOT STARTER
MEDICATED.
The "onto full feed" problem is further magnified when it's calves you're
bringing in. Stresses suffered are even greater ... and so the levels of medication
should be raised. That's been done with NEW SHUR • GAIN 36% 'FEEDLOT
STARTER SUPPLEMENT MEDICATED.
Both the SHUR • GAIN FEEDLOT STARTERS are available
