The Datsun 610 two-door hardtop. The new 610 model is the largest of the Datsun line in Canada.
610 Leads Impressive
Array Of Datsun Models
The somewhat larger Datsun 610 will share
showroom space with the 1200 in sedan and
fastback models, both standard and auto-
matic: with the 510 2-door, 4-door and
station wagon, standard and automatic: as
well as the 240-Z and Nissan's popular
Datsun Sportruck.
The 610 has taken t he proven characteristics
of the Datsun 510, combined them with a
little more size, a dditional luxury and a
body design which i s distinctively sporty.
First driving tests on Canadian roads in-
dicate that Nissan has come up with another
vehicle which combines the best features of
a family car with rally-winning capabilities.
The Datsun 510 may find that it is receiving
its stiffest competition on highway and track
from a member of its own family - the Datsun
610.
