Chill, Prepare dessert topping mix as directed on package, adding the sugar to mix before whipping. Measure 1 cup topping and blend into remaining pudding mixture. Spread over filling in the pie shell. Chill at least 1 hour. Garnish with remaining whipped topping and strawberry slices, if desired, 1 envelope dessert topping mix 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/6 teaspoon almond extract 2 egg whites Vs teaspoon salt 3 tablespoons sugar Combine water, coffee, dessert topping mix, vanilla, and almond extract. Beat until mixture will form soft peaks. Beat egg whites with salt until foamy throughout. Add sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating thoroughly after each addition. Continue beating , until egg white mixture will form soft rounded peaks. Fold into whipped topping mixture. spoon into fluted paper baking cups in muffin pans. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, if desired. Freeze until firm - at least 4 hours.
