The Eagles have been raising school spirit, raising funds, raising awareness and raising the bar on academic success. The school’s athletes have been thriving on the track, on the field and on the court. The band continues to multiply in numbers and in talent. It is a great time to be an Eagle. The annual fundraiser was held on October 14 and it was an awesome time walking the track during the Walk for Wellness. It was super fun and participants raised $16,000 which will be divided evenly between supporting a school in Haiti with “Friends of the Orphans” and the school’s upcoming Fitness Centre. Homeroom challenges were a close race but Mr. Geiger’s class won the highest per capita funds raised and Ms. Blackmore’s class won best spirit. The school’s annual open house will be happening on Monday, November 1 from 6:45 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. This is an evening where any students in Grade 6, 7 and 8 can join their parents in discovering St. Anne’s. For more information, contact the school. St. Anne’s has busy month
