races at this point, the colt has had
second- and fourth-place finishes in
qualifying races and now three first-
place finishes, two seconds and a
fourth, to now lead the divisional
standings. The horse had been
described as a real pleasure to go and
see and that he tries his best
everytime he races. He has a bit of
spunk in him and mischief in his
eyes according to owner Shunock.
Speaking with Bob from Brussels
(Pearson), the same can be said of
him. He is rightly proud of the
namesake colt and congrats to Bob
on his success.
Our condolences to Isabel Burke
and family on the passing of
husband and father Frank Burke.
Frank will be missed by children
Steven and Sheila and their families.
Many will remember Frank from his
many years working in the Burke

Isabel lived in Wingham for most of
their lives, until coming to live with
daughter Sheila and husband Doug
Bauer in Brussels a few years ago.
Isabel now makes her home at
Huronlea. Our sympathies are
expressed to all the family and the
extended family and friends.

Festival Hydro does not have employees
going door to door selling electricity contracts.
You will never need to show your bill to a representative at your door who
claims to be from Festival Hydro as we have your information available to us
in the office. Please be extremely careful as to who you show your hydro bill to
at the door.
Many independently owned companies have acquired a license from the
Ontario Energy Board to sell electricity in the province. They quite often will
sell their services door to door. These companies are not owned or operated
by Festival Hydro Inc.
If an agent knocks on your door and wants to discuss a contract to provide
your electricity, ask for identification and write the information down. Carefully
read the terms of the contract to determine your rights and obligations under
the agreement.
If a consumer feels they have not been dealt with fairly, they can contact the
Ontario Energy Board. Their toll free number is 1-877-632-2727.Complaints
can also be submitted by email to complaints@oeb.gov.on.ca
For further information please contact Festival Hydro at 519-271-4703

on many different forms in various
communities and cultures of the

simplistic meaning of Christmas is
the Amish community.
