REQUEST for TENDER
SEALED TENDERS, addressed TENDER - Municipal Office
Addition and Renovations, will be received by the Municipality of
Morris-Turnberry, until 1:00 p.m.local time on:
Friday May 28th, 2010
For the following work:
To construct a 1 storey-224 square foot office addition, along
with some interior renovations in the Municipal Office located
at 41342 Morris Rd., RR #4 Brussels, ON.
TENDER INFORMATION including a “Form of Tender and
Agreement” is available at the Municipal Office.
A BID BOND or CERTIFIED CHEQUE,in the amount of 10% of the
Total Estimated Tender, made payable to The Corporation of the
Municipality of Morris-Turnberry, must accompany each Tender.

the Morris-Turnberry Municipal Office as shown on drawings and
described in project specifications.
Submission of a Tender constitutes a waiver of any action by the
Bidders resulting from the Owner’s acceptance of any Tender.
