Thank you for your acts of kindness during my recent hospital stay and recovery at home. Special thanks to Doctors Hay and Bokhout, the thoughtful nursing staff at Clinton Public Hospital and Rev. Gary Clark. – Grant Sparling. 19-1 ROBERTS. Words most certainly cannot express the appreciation we feel for all of the kindness of neighbours and friends that was shown to John, and to all of us, when he was a patient in the Wingham, Toronto Western and Clinton hospitals, and since his passing. The doctors, nurses and other hospital staff members, together with the homecare providers, as well as all those who visited him and provided rides for Kay, each generously gave excellent care and support. We are also most grateful for all of the prayers, kind words. and thoughts, together with the beautiful flowers and cards, generous donations to the churches, and gifts of food we have received over the past weeks. The contributions of all who participated in the service are deeply appreciated, as was the delicious lunch following the service provided by the UCW ladies. Doug McBurney is to be commended for guiding us through the funeral process in his usual excellent manner. We continue to thank God for bringing us to live in such a loving and caring community. The kindness shown to us will always be remembered. – Kay, Howard and Alison. 19-1 BM&G DIABETIC MEETING AT Huronlea, Brussels, Wednesday, May 19, 7:30 p.m. Guest speaker: Chris Ten Pas will speak on and demonstrate deep muscle massage.
