The Owner reserves the right to select a reject any or all submissions at its sole discretion without explanation. The form of contract will be CCDC 2, 2008, including Supplementary General Conditions. Performance and Labour and Material Payment Bonds for 50% of the contract value will be required from the successful Prime Contractor. A bid bond of 10% of the bid amount will be required with the Prime Contractor bid submission. Those firms selected as a result of the prequalification process will be advised of bid document availability. Only prequalified firms will be included in the invitation to bid on this project.
