Corporation' of the Village of
Bayfield was enacted' at the
requeit , of , the Community
Planning Branch _of the Ontario
Departthent of Municipal Affairs
in that it felt that the area
bounded by Glass Street on the
north, Blair Street on the east,
Cameron street. on the south'
and Margaret Street .on the west
should be placed in the
"Development Zone,"
By-Law No. 58, 1970 for the
Corporation of the Village of
Bayfield was enacted at the
request of the Community
Planning Branch of the Ontario
Department of Municipal Affairs
as it felt there would be no
authority under Section 30 of
the Planning Act for requiring
further approval of Council as
outlined in this Section.
Copies of the Village of
Bayfield By-Law No. 49, 1969
and By-Laws Numbers 57 and
58 for 1970 are available for
inspectiOn at the office of the
Village Clerk of the Village of
Bayfield in his office in the
Village Chambers in the Village
