EXPLANATION
By-Law No. 57, 1970 for the
Corporation of the Village of
Bayfield was enacted at the
request of the Community
Planning Branch of the Ontario
Department of Municipal Affairs
in that it felt that the area
bounded by Glass Street on the
north, Blair Street on the east,
Cameron Street on the south
and Margaret Street on the west
should be placed in the
"Development Zone."
By-Law No. 58, 1970 for the
,Corporation of the Village of
t, ,enee.ted;.rat.; the
request of the. Community
Planning Branch of the Ontario
Department of Municipal Affairs
as it felt there would be no
authority under Section 30 of
the Planning Act for requiring
further approval of Council as
outlined in this Section.
