2nd Annual Bantam Hockey Tournament
Doug Andrews, chairman of the Recreational Committee's
bantam tournament, presents Jim Puckiewicz, Waterford
captain, with the "C" division trophy. Waterford defeated
Forest 3-2 in overtime with Puckiewicz scoring the winner.
Danny Coiquhoun, Clinton captain, breaks in on St. Marys goalie Brian O'Connell. Colquhoun
scored the winning goal in the Clinton victory.
Clinton defeated St. Marys 2.0 Thursday night to advance to the "B" finals against Blenheim. The
game deteriorated several times into fights. Here a Clinton player breaks in on St. Marys net.

Oakridge Acres team captain accepts the trophy his team won
as champions of the "AA" division from A. Laurie Coiquhoun
of Clinton Commercial Printers. Oakridge Acres defeated
Woodstock 3-1 for the crown.
Ron Dietrich, Kitchener captain, receives the "AAA" trophy from Bill Fleischhauer of the Elm
Haven Motor Hotel. Kitchener defeated Port Huron 5.1 to take the trophy.
Blenheim captain Jim McCallum is presented with the trophy for the "B" championship by A.
Laurie Coiquhoun, of the Lions Club who donated the trophy. Blenheim defeated Clinton 8-3 for
the Championship.
Paul Hilker, captain of the Hespeler Bantams, accepts the "A"
division trophy from Clair Proctor, president of the Teen
Town who donated the trophy. Hespeler defeated Strathroy
9.6 to take the crown.
Zurich captain, Gerald Weido, is presented with the "E" teetion trophy by Bruce Bartliff of
Bartliff's Bakery. Weido scored five of Zurich's six goals and assisted on the other AS they came
from behind to win 6-4 in Overtime.

volunteered to feed the starving troops after teth of the
games, Hockey can build up a big appetite but the women
managed to keep every stomach filled,
Ken Farrish, captain of the Lucknow Bantams, accepts the "D" division trophy from raft/ Cox, of
Clinton Body and Radiator shop. Farrish scored four goals and added an assist to lead Lucknow to
a 7-1 win over Oerchester.
