Classified Directory FOR SALE CLASSIFIED RATES STOCK WANTED X. . ...............................■■ ------ EMPLOYMENT WANTED BEAUTINA, THE CALF we were growing in our store window, grew so big we had to take him out. So many peo ple came by to see him and make friends, it was a sad day when the calf had to go out to pasture. As parents say about their children, “They’re little such a short time.” And on the Purina Calf program, Beautina isn’t little very long. At two months of age, Beautina weighed 185 pounds on his ra tion of Nursing Chow and Calf Startena at a very economical cost. More than 1,000 calves have been raised on this program at the Purina Research Farm. Highest death loss any year was two calves. i sPURINA DISINFECTANT just as handy around a barn and the milk house as a poc ket in a shirt. It's ideal for disinfecting milking equip- . rnent, waterers, feeders, far rowing pens, just to mention a few of its many uses. Purina Disinfectant is the housewife’s friend, too. When used properly, it’s harmless to the skin and has a host of uses in the house as a sani tizer and deodorizer. We stock it. THOSE PESKY FLIES are ready for their yearly assult. WE’RE LOOKING FORWARD to a visit from you. If there is any way we can help you with your livestock or poultry feeding or management prob lems, remember we are here to serve you.
