G. Hamilton. . A lively basketball game was played in Aberdeen Hall Wednes­ day night when Kirkton and An­ derson played. Kirkton won over the visiting team 32-28. Ladies Guild And W.A. The Ladies Guild and W.A. of St. Paul’s Anglican Church was held at the home of Mrs, R. Humphreys with Mrs, Irvine and Mrs. Switzer presiding over the meetings. A letter was read from the Perth-Huron Cancer Association and a donation voted to same. A committee was named to pur­ chase new tablecloths for the church. Mrs. Maurice Blackler gave a reading. Lunch was served by Mrs. Creery, Mrs. C. Dobson and Mrs. Humphreys.
