Page 7 Brinsley Man Douses Fire While Donald Watson and Bobbie were on their way to work in London about 8 o’clock, they noticed smoke coming from a chicken house, belonging to Martin Whitson, which js on his other farm on the corner of concession 12, McGillivray, about 80 rods from where Martin lives, Donald went in to the fire and sent Bobbie back to get Martin. At this time the roof was on fire so Donald handed pails of water from a nearby pump and had the fire nearly under control when Martin and Bobbie returned, The chicken house contained a large number of pullets almost •half grown.
