Members also discussed, assist ance towards a similar cancer research project in Canada. Plans for the annual Balloon Ball were made. Guest speaker, Mrs. A. E. Holley, discussed “Happiness Through Wider Interests and Understanding.” Miss Maida Richards convened the protgram and Mrs. Jack Doerr presided. The meeting was held at the home of Mrs. Eugene Beaver. WILLIAM DICKEY Teenagers Eager To Organize Club The first Teen Town meeting was held in the town hp.ll, Tues day, January 19 with a turnout of 15 boys and girls and four adults. From a group discussion, it was learned that the boys and girls are eager to organize. Age limitations, nights best suited for this type of recreation and facili ties were topics for discussion along with membership. The feeling was the Teen'Town or Youth Club should take in surrounding towns in its mem bership drive. After preliminary work is com pleted, a questionnaire will be sent out to all interested people. Results will be tabulated and a general meeting called for the purpose of drawing up a constitu tion and rules and electing of ficers. Comments About & Cromarty By MRS. K.
