Tfle Irish victory ended the besLof-seyeu series in a tie— three wins each and one tie game. W.O.A.A. called for a sud den death game to decide the winner, Lucan came from behind in Monday night's game—as they did in the whole series. Behind 2-0 in the first after Gignac and Maisonville scored, the green shirts flipped in three in the first half of the second. Herb Stretton, Fred Revington and Ted Elder flashed the lights. Gignac scored for Zurich to knot the game at 3-3 before the per iod ended. The Irish unleashed their big attack in the third. J. Mrs. David Foster Funeral services for David Foster, 77, formerly of Kirkton, who died in Usborhe Township, were held from the Heath Funeral Home, Mitchell, on Monday at 3 p.m. The Rev, Harold Anderson, of K." United Church, officiated interment was made in ton cemetery Mrs. Foster was born England, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Legg, and camo to Canada as a child. Following their marriage 1895, Mr. and Mrs. Foster re sided in Usborne Township and later in Fuliartoft Township. For three and a half years they made their home in Kirkton. Follow ing Mr. Foster’s death in 1042, Mrs. Foster lived with her daughter, Mrs. Alvin McCurdy. Surviving are one sen, Her bert, of Fullartoh Township; two daughters, Mrs. A. McCurdy, of Usborne, and Mrs. Edith Russell, London, and a brother, James Legg, of Rhode Island. Eight grandchildren also survive.
