Imagine lining with that all
day! At least one wouldn’t have
to worry much about the rest of
the day’s food—it would all
taste the same anyway. And it
would certainly cut down on pro
longed contact with other people
and the spread of germs.
Today's drugs can hurry the
fleeing progress of a cold, but
we still can’t depend on an a$-*
sence of total discomfort once
the germ chooses its victim. Per
haps the only thing we can do
is to suffer in seclusion and at
least keep our germs to our
selves.

scripture lesson was read by
Mrs. Alvin Pym. Prayer was
given by Mrs. Howard Johns;

reading by Mrs. Gilbert Johns.
Business was conducted by Mrs.
William Johns. Roll call was
answered by bringing a card or

proved. The correspondence was
read. A film “The Three Camels”
was shown for the children. Miss
Marilyn Moores gave a piano
instrumental. A film “The
Churches in Quebec” was shown.
The meeting closed with a hymn
and prayer.
