McCORMICK, Catherine (Kate).
The nieces and nephews of the late
Kate McCormick and their families,
would like to thank everyone who
supported our Aunt during her
lifetime, especially so in her later
years. We would like to sincerely
thank the staff at Huronlea, the
Homecare ladies, Dawn, her visitor
every Wednesday, the euchartistic
ministers from St. Ambrose Church,
the medical staff at the Wingham
and District Hospital, and anyone
else who visited or helped her in any
way. We are very much indebted to
her “telephone pals” who made her
life so much more interesting.
Anyone who supported Kate at any
stage of her long life became her
family and she was interested in
their lives right up until the time of
her death. We would also like to
thank the staff at McBurney Funeral
Home, people who came to the
visitation, those who sent mass
cards, sympathy cards, and
donations to charity. Thanks also to
Father Keith Morrison, the choir, her
great-nephew Bradley Reid and her
great-great-nieces, Paige and
Christine Miltenburg for their music,
and the ladies of Sacred Heart
C.W.L. for the luncheon following
her funeral. – Frank, Joe and Tom
