favourite breakfast of Cheerios with
milk. Then I would do the dishes, get
dressed, brush my teeth and play my
piano to wake up my family. I would
open my presents once everyone was
awake and I hope I get rollerblades
and a Kinect for the Xbox this year.
After that I’ll play in the snow for a
little while.”
Bennett
“I would wake up early on
Christmas Day and beg my mom
and dad to let me open Christmas
presents. I have two sisters, but one
lives with her boyfriend, so there
would be two of us begging. After
we opened our presents, we would
have breakfast, and if I got to choose
we would have pancakes for
breakfast. Then all my cousins,
aunts and uncles would come over
and I would get more presents. “
Lucas
“I would wake up before dawn,
but I wouldn’t wake anyone else up
because they would be grumpy then.
I might have breakfast, oatmeal or
cereal then we would wait a bit and
open our presents. I would hope to
see tons of wrapped presents on my
perfect Christmas day. I hope I get a
fake tattoo applier for Christmas.
Then I would watch my dad and
uncle play Call of Duty, it’s funny
because my uncle always snipes my
dad. It’s hilarious. Then I would
make new tattoos.”
Hayden
“I would get up early and open
some presents that I asked for. We
open presents before breakfast. Then
we would have chocolate chip
pancakes for breakfast and go to my
grandma’s house because she has
presents for us there.”
Camden
“I would wake up early and get
my brother up and go open presents.
My parents say to wait for them, but
we would try to sneak through. Then
my grandparents would come over
and we have bacon and eggs for
breakfast, then we go to my aunt’s
house and see my cousins and their
three-legged dog.”
Avery
“Normally my mom would wake
me up, but since it’s Christmas, I
would like to wake her up. I would
eat cereal, because I love cereal, and
I would eat my cereal in front of my
Christmas tree. I’m looking forward
to a snow globe that my mom said
she would get for me. After that I
would go to my dad’s house and
have lunch and supper there with
him and come back the next day.”

“There’s lots of snow up there. He
lives in an igloo and the elves help
him when they’re not staying at
people’s homes. I have an elf that
stays at my house. Oh, and he keeps
his reindeer and the sled outside.”
Malia
“Santa lives in a normal-sized
igloo, but he’s really small thanks to
his magic. The elves live with him
and he has a workshop the size of an
arena. The reindeer stay in Santa’s
igloo and his sled stays in an igloo-
garage. He has pictures and
decorations of himself all around the
North Pole as well as big, fake sleds
for decorations.”
Nadia
“Santa has a huge six-floor brick
home with a tile roof that’s flat so he
can park his sled up there. It’s
covered in Christmas lights and the
reindeer always stay in the garage.
He has a really big door.”
Owen
“Santa lives in a snow-covered
brick house with two floors that’s as
big as the gym at my school. He
parks his sled outside and leaves thereindeer hooked up so they don’t getaway. He shares his house with theelves and the workshop is in thebasement.”
Ryder
“Santa keeps all the toys in the
garage and the house has a red and
white roof. There are angels and tree
ornaments that hang off the house
and there is a garage for the sled and
the reindeer with a workshop beside
it. The elves sleep at their work
benches”
Westin
“Santa doesn’t have a house, hehas a huge city. I put a small modelof it up every year. It’s like the NorthPole melts and Santa hides his citythere so no one can make it there.
Polar bears protect him. In the
middle he has a huge house that all
the elves stay in with him. The rest of
the city makes energy and toys and
the elves keep it running. His house
is different colours and the leader of
the sled, Rudolph, guards the house
and the sled so no one can steal it. I
know that it’s real because there’s a
song about Rudolph and he goes
down in history and history is real.”
