So Merry Christmas to all and to all a good year! 14 Orchard Drive, Brussels from Continued from page 2 news. This started several years ago after the sudden death of their son. It has worked into a time of remembering and celebrating lives well lived. Family time is very important at this time of year and for those who miss this opportunity, it can be a time of sadness. Work schedules, distance, illness and death are some of the obvious reasons for this missing link. Like all the bumps in life, they need to be acknowledged, pondered, take a big breath and live today. In some communities, gatherings are held to help folks cope with the sadness. Attend one and then call a friend to share your feelings with them. Don’t pretend, but also don’t spread your mood. As we live out 2011 in joy and celebration, take time to review what we need to do better next year and make a plan to do just that. May you celebrate Christmas with those you love, in body or mind and may peace be yours. Merry Christmas from Betty G. and Ralph Watson.
