Continued from page 2voices of the teenagers surface. Welaugh and remember, we’re still thesame people. We’ve handled moves
to Edmonton and Winnipeg, the
stress stories of nursing, divorces
came along, the death of Mary and
Jim’s Andrew and always the stories
of children and now grandchildren.
Connection, stories, laughter and
food are always part of our lively
reunions. I know I’m privileged to
have old friends and I remain
grateful that time has been ours toshare and grow.We have lots of opportunities formusic and entertainment in the next
few weeks, so be sure to mark down
the details or you’ll miss it. First up
meet Santa and the Mrs. on
Turnberry Street Saturday at 5 p.m.
and later at the community centre if
you need to chat with them.
The parade day is my timer for
getting the decorations started. I
celebrate the 12 days of Christmas
so know the stuff will be there untilJan. 6. Santa Claus gets it startedevery year.Take care.
Bye now, Betty G.W.
