1 Manager Position

Duties:
• Reports regularly to the Executive Director any concerns related to
delivery of service, people supported and team leads
• Provides expertise and guidance on client-related and family issues
• Oversees staff pool, hiring and orientation for new staff, matching
individuals to staff support
• Seeks out training events that would benefit staff, people supported
and families/caregivers
• Ensures compliance with and effectively interprets and
communicates the Agency’s policies and procedures, health and
safety and various other related issues
• Facilitate and establish connections with other resources
• Assist in developing community opportunities to promote inclusion
• Act as the first point of contact for volunteers within the agency
• Act as a liaison between educational facilities and the agency for
student placements
• Link with community organizations; (e.g. schools, Chamber of
Commerce, media, churches, the township, etc.) to promote the
value and vision of the organization
• Any other additional duties deemed appropriate
Qualifications:
• Related Community College Diploma, minimum 3-5 years’
supervisory experience and leadership skills
• Expertise in liaising with diverse community partners
(e.g. professionals, families, businesses, medical field etc.)
• Past experience in staff supervision
