By virtue of a warrant issued by the Mayor of the Town
of Clinton under his hand and the Seal of the said
Corporation bearing date the 16th day of September, sale
of lands in arrears of taxes in the Town of Clinton will be
held in the Council Chambers, in the Town Hall, at the
hour of two o'clock in the afternoon on the 27th day of
January, 1972, unless the taxes and costs are sooner paid.
Notice is hereby given that the list of lands for sale for
arrears of taxes was published in The Ontario Gazette on
the 2nd day. of October, 1971, and that copies of the said
list may be had at my office.

Brucefield firemen were
called to a fire at the home of
Mr. George Clifton. Fortunately
there was little damage. The fire
was quickly extinguished from a
shed.
Mrs. J. W. McBeath visited
with her son and family at
Windsor over the weekend.
The nominating committee of
Brucefield U.C.W. met at the
home of Mrs. Lorne Wilson on
Monday.
Mr, Jas. Broadfoot visited
over the weekend with his
parents, Mr. and Mrs. J.
Broad foot.
Mrs. H. Berry visited over the
weekend with Mr. and Mrs.
DeWayne Elliott, Windsor.

with her brother and
sister-in-law, Mr. and Mrs,

Mr, William Dale had the
misfortune, to break his ankle,
while helping his son-in-law,
Murray Scott, to get cattle in for
the winter on Saturday,
Mr. and Mrs. Reg Lawson,
John and Elizabeth visited on
Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. Earl
Lawson of Clinton.
Sunday visitors with Mr. and
Mrs. Ken Preszcator, Dianne and
Nancy were Mr. and Mrs. Russell

The Kinburn Sunday School
room was filled to capacity on
Sunday, Nov, 2L The first part
of the Sunday School service
was conducted by Rev. and Mrs,
Ray Faulkner, and the second
half was conducted by the
Huron Men's Christian
Association by chairman Dave
Rolston of Goderich.
A number of musical brass
instrument selections were given
by Don McMillan and family of
Goderich, There was a mixed
choir with duets by Dianne
Rodges and Mrs. Rev. Ross
Nicholls.
Musical trio featured guitars
by Mrs. Rolston and accordions
by Cindy Cornish and Doug
Nicholls, There were a number
of testimonies by new
Christians.
Guest speaker was Wayne
McLean, radio and news
broadcaster of Toronto. Rev.
Nicholls of Goderich closed in
prayer.
Guests were present from
Toronto, Seaforth, Wingham,
Brucefield, Winthrop, Clinton
and Goderich.
