Drama Club Last week the CHSS drama ,club presented three short plays for the senior classes. These plays were satires on modem living including the lack of real communication in today's world. Students carried out all aspects of the production of these plays under staff advisor, Mr. Atkinson, "Black and White" was a short discourse between two women eating in a public place in which the conversation came around in a complete circle. This shows that some people do not listen very well. Bev Elliot and Monica Flinn played the two ladies. "I Wish" showed how visitors can take over a house in short order and disturb his peace. The senselessness of some conversation is also portrayed. Bruce Craig, Murray McNall, Rhea Sturgeon and Bruce Williams played the parts very realistically. "Last To Go" was a short play showing two men at a bar, talking. One was a customer and the other, the bartender. Their conversation was funny but didn't make much sense, either. Rob Dick played the bartender and "Willie" Williams was the drunk. The acting and directing was a credit to CHSS. Let's see some more of it in the near future.
