The following few lines were
brought in to us this week by a
lady who , thought they were
most appropriate.
"We squander health in search of
wealth,
We scheme and toil and save,
Then squander wealth in search
of health
And all we get is a grave.
We live and boast of what we
own,
We die and only get a stone."

Unsightly they were in their beat up state,
but when needed they answered the call.
Many anglers I'm sure will be heard to relate,
"They were better than nothing at all".
If you're planning on fishing front Bay-field's pier,
and you're really a dawn to dusk fan,
rill giving fair warning, before you come here,
buy yourself a gigantic bed pan.

I'm sure they'll be missed, of that I've no doubt.
They're gone from our sight and our ken,
But if hydro goes Off and the water runs out,
We might have to build them again.
