presented a splendid Christmas
concert to a capacity crowd in
the school, Wednesday evening,
December 8th? Mr. WaUace Mil
ler acted as chairman for a var-
ied program of choruses, dia
logues, two-part singing, musi
cal play, dancing, a rose drill,
piano, solos, vocal duets; flute
playing and recitations. Santa
Cialis was on hand to distribute
the gifts from' the tree after
which lunch was served and
dancing enjoyed to Bruce’s or
chestra. .

spent the week-end at their home
here.

Albert Taylor was chairman
for Monday night’s Farm Forum
meeting held in the school with
13 present. The evening’s topic
was “Getting .Started” and the
questions—fordiscussion:—l.To
what courses do young'farmers
in yottr area look for credit’when
they are establishing their own
farm? 2, How can a young farm
er avoid unduly heavy invest
ments in land, livestock and
equipment when he is getting
started? After the discussion a
social time was enjoyed' during
euchre playing and the serving
of lunch. The Forum will meet
Monday, December 20th in the
school. . . >

this week in Kincardine with her
parents, Mr, and Mrs. Luxtpn.
