Mrs. Allister Hughes presented proficiency cups in mathematics to Donna Lannan; languages, to Joan Hamilton; science, Audrey Ross; 'English, Archie McQuillan; history, George Richards. . Proficiency shields were pre­ sented by Mr. Rae, who substi­ tuted for Mrs. Rae, as follows: Finlayson Bros., Archie McQuil­ lan; Wm.: MacKenzie shield, Ern­ ie Gibson; Wm.
