The services rendered the Blind by the. National Institute are’ im­ portant beyond words. The re­ habilitation of those who have lost their sight is among these important services. One such in­ stance.comes, very close to home; Stuart Henry, of Wingham, a veteran who lost his sight in World War II, has been helped by the C.N.I.B. in getting settled at an industrial job in Stratford. He . is at the moment placing wooden handles on rubber pan scrapers used by housewives. Stew has proved “more than sat­ isfactory^’ to his employer and the sightless vet is pleased with the job and- the opportunity it offers him to be once again self-sup­ porting and on his : own.
