The bride, who was given in
marriage by her father; wore, a
slipper length gown, in'"nylon net
and lace over taffeta with lace
bolero studded, with pearls- and
a fingertip veil With matching
halo in seeded pearls^ She carried
a bouquet of Sweetheart roses
with white mums and ivy.
The maid Of honor, Miss Aud
rey Henry, sister of the bnde,
wore a golden bronze corded ny
lon taffeta gown with flowing
princess lines and a contrasting
headdress of daisies and carried
a bouquet of bronze mums. Mrs.
Harold Henry of Georgetown and
Mrs. John B. Allen of Toronto,
were; bridesmaids wearing gowns
similar in style in azure blue
with matching floral headdresses.
George Hall of Wingham was
groomsman and Rotbert MacKen-
zie of Toronto and Harold Henry'
of Georgetown, Were ushers.
Following the ceremony a re
ception was held in the church

launched this week, and will con
tinue until October 3rd.
Huron County’s share in the
■ campaign has been set at $5,000.
Huron County ‘Council has con
tributed $1,500, leaving $3,500 to
be raised by public subscriptions.
For purposes of the campaign,
Lucknow arid district has been
included in Huron County.
The local carripaign is sponsor
ed by the Legion. The response
from this, community a* year or
so ago in support of. the new
home arid training centre for the
blind at London, was very gen
erous, and no- doubt this gen
erosity will again be evidenced
in support of . the work of the

instruction to the blind in read

. been circulated in this district.

closed with the Grand, Howl and
Cub Prayer. ,

Pack for a number of years.
