Each debenture shall bear interest at the rate of five per centum (5%) per annum payable annually and shall, have coupons attached thereto for the payment of such interest. 2. The Corporation shall have _theLjughVatJfs-option^to-redeem- - all of the said debentures, which mature in the tenth year of the issue of these debentures, at any date prior* to maturity at the places where and in the money •- in which the said debentures are expressed to ; be payable, upon payment of the principal amount thereof together with interest ac­ crued to the. date of redemptiori and upon giving previous notice of said intention to redeem by ad­ vertising once in the Ontario . Gazette and once in a daily news­ paper of general provincial circul­ ation’, published in the ■ City of Toronto, and once iri a local news­ paper, such notice to be adver­ tised as aforesaid at least thirty days before the date fixed fol* redemption. Notice of intention so to redeem shall also be sent by , post at least, thirty days prior to _ the date set for such redempimBL^.
