Carruthers pre sided and Mrs. Donald McKinnon read the minutes and Correspon dence. During the business part of the meeting it was decided to discontinue the special quilt ex hibit at thp Fall Fair.: Letters of thanks were read for >remem<- branees. ; Under the theme of citizenship, /One—duty- of—a—good- citizen” brought a variety of answers. The topic on Canada was given in five minute talks by four dif- ferent_.members,_“Qur_Land’’,by_ Mrs. $teer on its geography; “Our History”, by Mrs, W. F.
