Their first encounter is with
the highly rated Goderidh squad
which has had thje benefit of art

The Midgets have > a pretty

by several of last year’s Ban

crown. The team is under the
direction of Bud Thompson and
Jack Cook and is Legion-sponsor
ed. The management has been do-^
ing experimenting with goal ten
ders as this appears to be the
hard spot to fill in rounding out
a powerful team. .
Next Monday night Ripley •
comes to town, but here’s the
scheddle as drawn. up on Monday
night in Cliritoh, with Bob Me-

ing the Lucknow Club. It’s a five
team group of Clinton, Goderich,
Wingham, Lucknow and Ripley.

head, an informal meeting has
been set for”the Arena on Sunday

entering a team should have a
representative present. It is pro
posed that a town team, be enter
