The Huron community Family Health Team consists of a dynamic
team of physicians and allied health professionals. We are located in
Huron East with offices in Seaforth and Brussels.
We are looking for a Part-Time Social Worker to work
collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team. You will have a
current registration with the Ontario College of Social Workers and
Social Service Workers. You will possess a Masters of Social Work or
Equivalent with 3yrs experience preferred. This will include excellent
clinical skills and experience with children and children’s mental
health would be an asset. You will have excellent teaching, problem-
solving, and communication skills and will function as an independent
practitioner.
