According to Chief Administrative Officer Mark Becker, the cost would be minimal, as a port-a-potty is already placed at the Agricultural Hall for the slowpitch season, from May to August, so the request to have one year- round would cost a total of $960. Council decided to invite the Dungannon and District Lions Club to a meeting to give them the chance to request these oppportunities. The original decision to not place a port-a-potty for the winter months came from the Lucknow Recreation Board since the skating rink, and activities that happen there, aren’t run through their group.
