Wednesday, when they learned of
the sudden passing of Mrs. Wm. Pur
ion. who took, a bad heart spell
Tuesday evening and passed away
early Wednesday morning. She was
going about in her usual health on
Tuesday. She leaves to mourn her
loss, her husband, three sons, Robert
John and Aldiri and two daughters,

Purdon. all of this community, | and
> one sister. Mrs. James Purdon of
St. Helens, and three brothers, Mes
srs. John. Albert and .Andrew Stein.

that Mrs. H. Fowler, wife of the late
Harry Fowler, on the 6th concession
of Ashfield, suffered another stroke
about a week ago and little hope is
held for hety recovery* Mrs. Fowler
has been in failing health for ten
years since she was stricken with a
slight stroke. Her two? sons, James
and John of Windsor, wete summon
ed to her . bedside the end of the
week.'

The deceased was formerly Isabel
Stein, daughter of the late Mr. and
Mrs. John Stein. She was. born in
East Wawanosh and has been a res
ident of the Township all her life. -
Besides her husband, she leaves to
mourn. her passing,, two daughters
and three , sons, Mrs* (Mary) Frank
Coulter, of East WaWanosh; Miss
Mabel at home; Robert, John and Al-
din all of East Wawanosh; also one
sister arid three brothers, Mrs. James
Purdon of St. Helens. John Stein of
Kincardine," Andrew Stein of Ash
field and Albert Stein of Gansboro.

ceased her 20 years ago.
