Bill Jones
Stationed at CFB Clinton, Bill got most of his
hockey experience with service teams. He played
last year with a section team at the base. This is
Bill's first year with the Colts. A good strong
skater, we are looking for some real good hockey
from this left winger this year,
Frank 'Bud' Yeo
Frank "Bud" Yeo, a flyer on the right wing, had
an unlucky break two years ago — he broke his left
forearm in an exhibition game against Milverton.
At 26, he weighs 136 pounds and is 5 feet 6 inches
tall. He did It fine job with Clinton. Junior Colts,
and in '65-'66 he played with the Alberta College
team at Edmonton. Born in Holmesville, he played
Pee-Wee and Bantam in Goderich, Midget and
Juvenile in Clinton. He farms at Holmesville, Bud
is back with the Colts after a year's absence,
Hard hitting defenceman, Dpug Macaulay, is in his.
third season with the volts. Three years ago Doug
played in a business league in Toronto but all of
his minor hockey was played in Clinton. Doug is
24, weighs 170 pounds and is 6 feet 1 inch. He
manages the Ball-Macaulay Building Supplies in
HensaIl.

Don Colquhoun
Don Colquhoun, a Clinton boy that has come up
through the ranks of minor hockey. Don was a
member of the Junior D Clinton Championship
team. Don is a real good defenceman. ,

James(Newt)Collins
James (Newt) Collins, RR 3, Clinton. This is
Newt's first year with the Colts. Back up goalie
and equipment manager. He played Pee-Wee_and
Juvenile hockey in Clinton, then Clinton Junior D
in '64-'65 on the OHA Championship. Jim Played
with Sea forth Intermediate B '65-'66, '66-'67,
'67-'68 and '68-'69. This is his first year with the
Colts.

William 'Butch" Murney Don Bartliff Gary Black
In his fourth season with the -Colts, William
"Butch" Murney is proving himself a great stopper
in front of the netminder. Opposing forwards find
that tangling with Butch, who plays, right 'defence,
is tantamount to a tangle with a tank. At 26,
Butch weighs 220 pounds and is 6 feet tall. Born
in Goderich, Butch has lived in Clinton for 18
years. He played minor hockey in Clinton, with
Zurich-Hensall Combines, and last year was with
Clinton Intermediates.
Gary Black, 22, is the Colts' second goaltender. He
played ,with the team the last two seasons, and
Juvenile the year before that. Born in Goderich,
Gary has lived in Clinton for 19 years and played
all his minor hockey in town, He weighs 135
pounds and is 5 feet 9 inches tall. He works with
H.E.P.C. in Clinton. •
Don Bartliff played his minor hockey in Clinton.
This is Don's first full season with the Colts,
coming from action with the Zurich Junior D team
last year. Don is a hefty Colt defenceman,

Lorne Daer Gary Fleet Ken Doer
A Veteran goalie who has seen plenty of action in
southwestern Ontario, Lorne Was the goalie on the
Championship Clinton Junior D Club. This is
Lorne's first year 'with the Colts';
(Butch) played his minor hockey in Clinton. Last
year Gary played for the Zurich Junior D Club.
This is his first year with the Colts, whete he is a
good fast left wing forward.
Ken Deer came from the Auburn district, now
living in Clinton, Ken plays a rough tough defence
spot for the Colts, He has Seen action with Clinton
Junior D Champions, the first season with the
Colts; then with the Goderich Junior B Club and
last year With Blyth Intermediate D,

Randy Glew
Randy, now 23, has played all his hockey in
Clinton where he was born, working his way up
from Pee-Wee ranks. He is 5 feet 8 inches, 165
pounds, a speedy, dangerous right:winger. This is
Randy's fourth season with the Colts. He operates
Holland's Sunoco Service Station in Clinton.
Grant Volland
Grant Volland, 22, finished the season with the
Colts last, year and returned again this season. This
left wing forward played minor hockey in
Goderich and graduated to Junior B there five
years ago. He played In the CHHL League for
Holmesville for the last four years, Grant is
employed by Gordon Ranson Asphalt & Gravel.
Harvey Dale
Harvey Dale, at 27, runs his own septic tank
service, and owns property at Seaforth. When he's
not busy earning a living he's making life miserable
for opposing forwards as rightwinger. He played
minor hockey in Seaforth, and is a life-time
resident of the area. Weighing in at 170 pounds, he
is 5 feet, 10 inches tall.
Bob (LITTLE JOE) Livermore
Stocky centre Bob Livermore has packed a lot of
winning hockey into his 24 years. Playing with
Hensall in the Junior D league during the '63-'64
season, he helped the team win the All-Ontario
championship. Next season he played with Clinton
Junior Colts when they won the All-Ontario
trophy. Three years ago he centred for Exeter
Hawks. In three seasons of Junior D hockey, Bob
has scored 235 goals. A Clinton native, Bob is a
teacher at Ethel.
