Mrs. Robert Youngblut who has been a patient in. Clinton Hospital for the past six months found it necessary to have surgery on Monday morning resulting in amputation of her leg. CLUB The Adastral Park Women's Auxiliary sponsored a drug addiction program in the base community centre last Monday evening. The program consisted of two films: "Narcotics The Inside Story" and "Drugs and the Nervous System" followed by a question and answer period conducted by Dr. G. P. A. Evans, medical officer of health for Huron County. In his remarks, Dr. Evans stressed that lack of communication between teenagers and parents is often one of the basic problems leading to drug usage. An audience of over 200 teenagers and parents attended and participated in the interesting and beneficial talk. Later the ladies of the auxiliary served coffee and doughnuts. Door prizes were awarded to J. Mierau and D. Moreton.
