This year'a fair Was held on a Friday and Saturday rather than at midweek and Robert Stirling, secretaq-treasurer, said receipts were up considerably Oyer last year. A large crowd watched judging of the baby show — one of three events added this year, The two others, a bingo Friday night and dance Saturday, were held in the auditorium of the new Community Centre and were both well-attended.. The exhibit of schoolwork was larger this year because invitations to participate were accepted by the Calvin Christian Reformed School and St. Joseph's Separate School in Clinton as well as by Huron Centennial School at Brucefield and Holmesville Public School.
