CLINTON RETAIL MERCHANTS CLINTON DRY CLEANERS TO OFFER THE PUBLIC THE CLARKS CARPET SHAMPOOER HOW THE CLARKE CARPETMATIC DRY FOAM SHAMPOOER WORKS This new Clarke machine double -scrubs a swath 16" wide in two passes: forward once to lay foam and work it into the pile; back to double -scrub and pick-up, set pile, and eliminate foot tracks. Switch -controlled foam generator discharges onto contra -rotating cylindrical brushes. As handle of machine is pli shed forward, pressure on the brush rotating in that direction automatically increases to utilize the drive of the brush against the nap in forward movement of the machine. When handle is pulled, pressure automatically transfers to brush rotating in that direction for help on the return pass. This action also forces an 18" stainless steel squeegee firmly against the nap, forcing dirt -laden foam to the surface for simultaneous removal by built-in vacuum. Thus, one operator with one machine completes the entire carpet cleaning process — thanks to use of dry foam, the carpet will be ready for use in one hour. WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO YOU? You can walk on your rug one hour after it has been cleaned with the Clarke Carpet Shampooer. If you call before April 3rd you can have your rug cleaned for Easter. The cost is reasonable; only 10c per square foot. Free pick up and delivery service in Clinton. For your wall-to–wall carpet cleaning — call 482.7064 for an appointment at your convenience.
